NZ-Race is the racing Helmet by KYT made of TRI-fiber composite.
the shapes have been deeply studied through f luid dynamic software and through repeated wind tunnel
sessions to achieve the best aerodynamic performances. The visor guarantees a wide f ield of peripheral
and vertical visibility i deal f or road and extreme racing use.
NZ-Race i s designed and developed to achieve the best performance i n terms of aerodynamics,
ventilation and comfort without neglecting the stylistic aspect. In particular, the ventilation has been
carefully studied to guarantee an optimal diffusion of f resh air i nside the helmet
 
SHELL
Shell produced in Triaxial Composite (Carbon,Kevlar, Fiberglass) with high resistance to crashes.
 
PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE
The f ine l iners are optimized to offer the best comfort and a Rapid f low of moisture.I nternal polystyrene liner
realized in three sizes (S, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a
gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact
 
VISOR
The visor of NZ-Race is PC injected, antiscratch, optic in class 1 with variable thickness. Thanks to the new ratchet the
visor is removable easily without tools. NZ-Race visor is equipped with PINLOCK Max Vision lens ready. NZ Race visor is
ideal for road and racing use
 
VENTILATION
Internal Polystyrene liner was studied to work in symbiosis with the three front air intakes on the external shell.
Particular changelings’, obtained on polystyrene, allow to air flow intake an optimal ventilation into the helmet and a
quickly exhaust of the hot air.
 
INNERS
The cheek pads and the internal comfort shell can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of precious
bielastic fabric with specific fibers coupled with sponges with open cells for the best air flow in order to keep fresh and
dry.
 
RETENTION SYSTEM
The retention system is equipped with DD ring.
